Didn't the board say that the first shovel of earth would not be turned at Falmer until summer/autumn 2006?
Will the application for judicial review delay this over much if ,as expected,LDC fail in their bid?
Surely the ODPM having taken so long with their decision will have had a truck load of lawyers on the case to ensure that every legal nook and cranny was investigated,so that such a challenge could be refuted?
Similarly,have the Albion been paying for dud legal advice?
This is turning farce into pantomime,and I trust LDC voters remember at the next election.
