is it true that you can go along to hove town hall to watch the falmer inquiry? as me and my sister are thinking about going on monday and maybe afew more people i can round up between now and then. if you can go what time does it start??

Apart from the first day of the resumed Inquiry, I've not been able to get there this week. I'm fairly certain the Inquiry isn't sitting on Monday. Should restart on Tuesday, though.

If I find out anything different, I'll post a message on NSC.

Briefly. A 200 yard path would have to be diverted as a result of turning part of the road into a dual-carriage way. To do this requires something called a diversion order, which could trigger a seperate public enquiry if challenged.
:nono: :nono: :nono:

However, planning expert bloke said it is highly unlikely a diversion order would be refused.

So not really a threat at all then. Just a headline designed to upset the faithful yet again
