The FA Cup final

The obvious answer would be for the Premier League to try to conclude the campaign by May 5, allowing the Cup Final to take place the next weekend, but the league has said that it cannot squeeze a 38-match season into an abbreviated calendar.

I can see why that would be a problem. I mean, god FORBID that those poor blokes, earning a meagre £40,000- £200,000 per week, should all actually have to play an extra midweek game at some point between September and May. It would be EXHAUSTING for them. They'd probably COLLAPSE from fatigue, given their typical, 4 hour day-with-Sundays-Wednesdays-and-every-weekday-afternoon-off schedules.

I don't mind who wins. The bookies seem to think Stoke have a reasonable chance, making them 2/1 to win the FA Cup which I'm surprised at how short they are but it underlines what a fantastic job Tony Pulis is doing.

Lost all it's prestige these days which is such a shame. Got up early this morning to get things done before settling down to watch the build up. Where has the Cup Special episode of Question of Sport gone, why aren't BBC and ITV both showing (Father of the sodding Bride on AGAIN!!!!), nothing at all until 1pm.
