I'm pretty considerate to bikers. When the motorway is busy, I always move to the side of the lane to let the biker through as he passes between the lines of traffic, in complete disregard of the law.

Not against the law to do that and never has been as long as you do it safely. It is the passing between lines of slow moving or stationary traffic in a dangerous manner that is illegal, not the fact of doing it.

I take it you dont live or travel around the roads of London then.

Bikers are a law unto themselves...expecially the courier ones
