I thought the United Bayern game was pants apart from the last 3 mins.

Mine was Arsenal Vs Inter at the san siro last year when Arsenal played them of the park and won 5-1

yeah that keane header at juve to revive the comeback, think united done barca 3-2 in the away leg that year i might be wrong, one year barca gave united a lesson if i remember right they won 4-0 and romario was out this world with stoichkov, scary times.

wherever the money is
Think the Werder Brehmen game last night would have been a good one to watch. I also thought the Real Juve game was fantastic even though it was only 1-0

Man Ure v Real Madrid a couple of years back just b4 Beckham left Utd. Amazing game, Ronaldo scored a hat trick and was taken off with the whole ground applauding and singing sign him up. I guess it takes a good opposition player to make noise at Old Trafford. Anyway i think the game ended up 6-5 over the 2 legs or sumthing like that.

Chelsea game last night did come pretty close to that though. Ronaldinho:eek: . Shame he didn't get a standing ovation, it would have been well deserved.

agree on the ronaldinho standing ovation, but in the circumstances it was never gonna happen, shame cos that moment of magic was pure genius.

Ronaldinho scored a goal that only a genius could score but he wasnt great last night.

That night at old Trafford there was no other player apart from Ronaldo.

That has to be the best individual performance in my lifetime

Sorry, but i'm used to watching Charlie Oatway in the middle of the park. Yes, you may have seen better performances but that goal alone, along with his passing and dribbling was outstanding. One particular ball to Etoo, genius. 'Great' enough for an ovation imho, but as said above it's not gonna happen on a night like that when Chelsea are understandably celebrating there own team.

However, i agree about Ronaldo against man u. That was a sensational performance.

admittitly not in the champions league but rivaldo scored a sumblime hat trick including a 25 yard drive an outrageous free kick then a pure genius overhead kick in the 90th minute to send barca into the champions league on the last game of the season when they beat valencia 3-2 a couple of years ago, wot a memory, but ronaldo was genius that night at old trafford showed he is the greatest there has been for a long time, rivaldo and ronaldo wot a partnership they were, poor old brazil they now have to put up with ronaldinho and ronaldo!

I think that was the year we pasted Wrexham 4-0, then played Cardiff 4 days later. I went down to the Goldstone that night with about 5000 others. It was a total bore 0-0 draw, with no more than half a dozen Cardiff fans with a huge Welsh flag, which the North Stand spent the whole match slagging off.

Should have mentioned that most people were more interested in watching United get a stuffing. For exciting games, I'd agree the Arsenal game, United against Juventus, but for me the Deportivo comeback wins it. Most teams would have been totally disheartened, especially against a team like Milan.
