Apparently a minted City type who is a name at Lloyds of London.

Interesting, i'll have a further look on Google.

I am staggered that people aren't knowlegable of who has control of our club, especially given last time!

Aren't the names of the directors in the front of every single home programme?

It says Bloom, Knight, Perry and Chapman (programme in front of me conveniantly).

No mention of other shareholders, e.g Cook???

Edit: And Sir John Smith is still listed as a non-executive director

Is Ian Hart likely to know about these kind of things? Or any other NSC members (other than Insider) who are close to the club?

A related question I have is under the club's articles which prohibits an individual getting majority control, does this extend to one family as well?

From the BBS, a story from Ananova?

DJ Norman Cook has invested £500,000 into Brighton & Hove Albion to become one of the club's leading shareholders.

The DJ better known as Fatboy Slim has bought 11% of the shares in Albion's holding company.

He has passed up the chance of a seat on the board.

His record label, Skint Records, has already been Brighton's shirt sponsor for the last two seasons.

A club spokesman said: "We are delighted to have Norman's much-valued support."

Also, who is Bill Brown?
William Brown is the major Shareholder and I think Chairman of Walsham Brothers a Lloyds Brokers (Reinsurance) he has properties in Hove and West Sussex nr Washington he is no longer a progressive Lloyds Name.

It is no very difficult to become a Lloyds name you just have to stump £250,000 worth of collateral ....so most homeowners in Brighton and Hove could do it ..................I thought about it but keep reminding myself of the word Hurricane ......
