1) Does anyone know who is on it?
2) Does anyone know what shareholdings are owned by each investor?

Probably been discussed over the last couple of days (although ask the club q would suggest otherwise) but i cannot find it, so if someone can point me in the right direction? (e.g FIXTURES)

Not a clue, had never heard of the Blooms until today, do they do anything???

I think they are busy in Crawley!

Every year I see signs in the area saying "Crawley in Bloom"

Found this on Tim Carders site, no idea who some of the mentioned people are, but presumably they are no longer involved

"Dick Knight emphasised that the Board would not allow the club to be destabilised by any changes, and that the support and investment – which is helping to pay for Withdean – provided by Ray Bloom is most welcome. The new shareholdings are as follows: Archer 41.25%, Knight 37.92%, Bloom 16.67%, Pinnock 3.23% and Perry 0.83%. However, the voting system was shown to vest the “balance of power” in the non-executive directors, Sir John Smith and Richard Faulkner."

As mentioned on the Carder site, who are Richard Faulkner and Sir John Smith?

John's right, they were appointed non executive directors in 1997 as an independent voice on the board to oversee the smooth running of the new board

Both of them? I see.

I wonder if anyone else is on the board then, or if that is the lot. Hmmm

From the BBS, a story from Ananova?

DJ Norman Cook has invested £500,000 into Brighton & Hove Albion to become one of the club's leading shareholders.

The DJ better known as Fatboy Slim has bought 11% of the shares in Albion's holding company.

He has passed up the chance of a seat on the board.

His record label, Skint Records, has already been Brighton's shirt sponsor for the last two seasons.

A club spokesman said: "We are delighted to have Norman's much-valued support."

Also, who is Bill Brown?

Maybe NSC can buy a share(s) in the club?

Don't laugh....

Barcelona are owned by the fans and look at them. If we can come together to sponsor a player, who not buy some shares?

The Idea of a supporters trust has been discussed often, and it is established that it might well happen when we get to Falmer.

But I am more interested in the CURRENT Board...

I went to school with a lad who went on to become a Lloyds name, doubt if it will be him though, he supported a team that are our nemesis.
