I think you are. The material that was sent out for comment (originally by 11 June, with a subsequent extension of time until last Friday) did consist of "conflicting planning reports". That says to me that the Falmer inspector put in an entirely different report to the damning Charles Hoile report.
Or am I reading too much into it?
I hesitate to suggest that the reason for the extension was because the Club wanted Martin Perry back from honeymoon before the deadline for comments.
