Having already f***ed up the children’s cartoon task earlier on both teams will know doubt f*** up next weeks ‘Design a child’s lunchbox’ task. They’ll f*** up the age demographic for sure and can somone explain why they always do product focus group feedback AFTER they have finalised the product, they always do it on these design tasks, surely that’s the first thing you do once you’ve got a prototype???

The Scouser is magnificent but she definitely thought her team had lost in Dubai and was getting fired. She was either very quiet, or was edited to seem that way. The task this week was catastrophic even by The Apprentice standards and why not mention the little Scottish fella was booted off for getting hammered on the flight?

The Scottish fella is getting more publicity from leaving the show than he would have done if he won it. Maybe he is not as stupid as he came across.

Yeah, good strategy if you want to be known as alcohol dependent and unable to follow instructions.

That was a weird one. I'd never go to those places and and have little corporate jolly experience. One looked more fun but the other more interesting. They were both shit ultimately. The losing team leader should have gone.

Both teams absolutely dire again, their ineptitude isn't even particularly funny anymore because of how ridiculous and predictable it is. I need to be at least a bottle of wine deep to get through watching it these days.

The gormless PM trying to blame it on Marnie, the only one that wasn't a total f***ing waster on that team, was quite funny. All four of the others should've gone.

The occasional glimpse of Baroness Brady is all that's keeping me in tbh 😍

I love The Apprentice, but crikey that was the most boringly predictable episode ever. Sohail was a goner 20 minutes in. Normally it’s edited as a nip and tuck. Few LOL moments here.

An irritation to us is when in the Boardroom they paper over the sheer incompetence of the ‘winning’ team and )this week) their product. The experts made it plain that it was shit shape and that the caterpillar concept was an entire age group too young. Converted to just a “tad too young” by Sugar and his sycophant.

Easily the worst set of contestants they’ve ever had. I can maybe think of 1 who isn’t as useless as a ashtray on a motorbike.

The most frustrating thing was, the initial idea of a Treasure Chest lunchbox isn’t a terrible idea. Make it bright and colourful with a semi decent app and they sell 20,000 units. It genuinely seemed like the PM was trying to get fired. Useless.

Is it just me and my line of work but not once in 28 years have I ever heard of any project group having a sub team, or sub team leader. If I ever told anyone that they were in the sub team, I'd fully expect to be told to stick my project right where the sun doesn't shine.

Wouldn't be the first time a reality show contestant had contrived an early exit in order to garner maximum publicity would it?

The concept of workstreams within a project is not unusual as you may have concurrent activities from different areas of specialism required to deliver the project (wow, that sounds like business BS when I type it). It would make sense to have a leader for each workstream as then they report into the main project board.

However, as far as the apprentice goes, it seems another way of finding scapegoats for when things go wrong. If I was made sub-team leader of the hospitality task and got fired because I couldn't cook my response wouldn't be "thank you for the opportunity", more "if you wanted a chef, you should have got Gordon Ramsey in to do the job" but with much more swearing that they would edit out anyway.
