Where were you guys when I was getting my butt kicked for daring to suggest people who can't get instant gratification either come back later, or call the ticket office.

But in essence they (and you) are wrong. I'm a casual fan and for bog-standard games I DO want instant gratification. Maybe I'm in a minority and other 'casuals' are prepared to have an "If at first you don't succeed" attitude, but I doubt it. Although I do accept that you, being a 'better' fan than me, (no sarcasm intended, that's meant sincerely) find that attitude hard to accept. Anyway, Happy Christmas!
