Gave Jakey a 6, Hammond a 6 and Fructos a 6

What the f*** was this bloke watching.

jakey ran his socks off and had a blinder....everytime we attacked in the first half, Jakey was in the middle of it. hammond played some superb balls through the defence and put in tremendous tackles and Fructos when he came on looked absulote class.

I wouldn't have given anyone less that 7 or 8 last night.

McShane was the only person I have ever seen deserve a 10!

If falmer is given the go ahead in the next week or so, the first thing we need to do is secure his services for at least this season and maybe beyond.

Jakey was absolutely brilliant last night, he was well up for it and didn't stop running and closing the Palace players down.

Jakey was amazing. Did all Leon's work for him. But then Leon kept putting balls in the box and did that flick and step-over that had me drooling.

Jakey and Hammond were brilliant. Frutos was probably the only player that struggled in our team yesterday, he just hasn't aclimatised yet to the power and pace of English football

There wasn't ONE player who didn't stand up and be counted last night. Not one.

Robinson & Knight worked ever so hard, Carole was sublime, Oatway played the best game I've ever seen him play, Butters & McShane were rarely beaten for pace and Hart & Reid both looked like they could make excellent full backs if they remain disciplined.

It was a benchmark performance. We should be able to turn up feeling we can get a result at any of the 18 teams seperated from us by no more than by 7 or 8 points.

Funnily enough I thought that for the first 5 mins Frutos was on he looked awful but as the game went on he got better and better...for a small man he won quite a lot in the air and linked up well with Reid....

Both Jakey and Leon were outstanding according to the BBC, a whole of Palace fans agreed.

Time Naylor f***ed off back to Stoke I think.

Jakey was superb. Sometimes I wish he wouldnt chase quite so much because often he has not got a hope in hell of winning it and he just tires himself out where as Knight is a bit more selective over closing down the defenders. Still, cant really fault someone for running too much!

Everyone was brilliant.

I thought Hammonds passing was pretty crap last night, especially his through balls which were mostly overhit. That said his defensive game was excellent and still deserved at least a 7.

A stunning team performance, you have to give credit to McGhee (and the crowd) for firing up the players. If we play half as well against Sheff Wed its another 3 points in the bag.

Enjoy last night but don't expect performances like that more than 3 or 4 times a season. I don't agree with LI stating that it was the midfield that won it, I think it was the fact that we played it as a cup game

The old cliche is true, we wanted it more. Palarse were a disgrace.

I'd agree with that. Too many through balls went straight to the keeper or out of play. Did his job in the middle of the park though, breaking up the play etc.

I do not think that Man U will be willing to let him go. We might get him for the rest of the season but that will be it. Even if Man U did let him go, other clubs with more money will be after him before we even get a sniff.
