I'm all for giving someone a second chance, but 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances? Sorry Carlos but do one back to Argentina or some other club mug enough to put up with your ego.

But its not too late is it. Bet he has been ordered to make a public apology. This will be accepted as if he has made it off his own back, and he will be back in the squad for the weekend. So f***ing predictable.

And that my friend, i guess is the sad reality. But my comments were for right minded football lovers and in general right minded people. Refusing to play a game for the thousands of pounds he gets a week and then buggering off to Argentina for months. Then bad mouthing the club. The bloke is a joke and a not particularly funny one.

His apology is about as genuine as Jeffrey Archer's alibi.

we should take him on loan for the rest of the season,so he can get fit

I don't want to see him play in his country again, and certainly wouldn't want him with us. The bloke is a disgrace - I had hoped that City would stick by their guns, but whether it's for legal reasons or just doing anything to win the league, it's a real shame they haven't/won't.

Maybe they can get him to warm up for 90 minutes every match till the end of the season. Nice for the cameras, and for sheer hilarity make him repeat the exercise with the reserves.

Very good footballer, but absolutely no brains whatsoever. Would like to know what other jobs allow you take 3 months off because you walked off, and then allow you to come back to work again. He must be getting worried about his finances, hence the apology.

Teves needs football because if he was in the real world, he would not have the intelligence or the skills to survive.

I'm certain he's only apologising for legal reasons. I can't remember the specifics but it goes something like this: if you make yourself available for selection and are deliberately frozen out for X months, you are entitled to walk away from your contract.

Given that citeh have played hardball over this and refused to be stiffed by Milan over his valuation, his agent has obviously told him to be seen doing the right thing so that he can walk away for nothing before his contract expires, should Mancini keep him out of the side. His "treated like a dog" comment prior to this drivel tells us all we really need to know about him though.

I agree with you. If he ever plays in this country again, I hope he breaks his leg in several places.

I can never stomach the extent to which football gives a player a "second chance", a never ending amount of times. All that changes if is the level at which that chance is given, which is dependant upon your talent. If you are of the very highest quality, as Tevez is, then your "second chance" is still given at the very top.

Personally I wouldn't want him anywhere near the club, and that would be the same if I was a fan, chairman, manager or player at teh club. From ANY of those perspectives, I'd be telling him to do one.

Do players at the top HONESTLY not understand how they have completely lost connection with fans these days?

How did Rushden manage to sack 'ickle Leon and yet hold his registration? Could Man City not have done the same with Carlos "treated like a dog" Tevez?

I wouldn't have him back... Sell at whatever knock down price gets rid of him and then sue him for the difference between sale and purchase price. Its his own actions that have caused the loss in value so a damn good chance of winning.

Obviously he wouldn't pay, so international arrest warrant issued for him and he can never step foot in Europe again.

Lazy, low life, egotistical scumbag!

Man city will now start to play him till the end of the season and sell him. Good move by both parties in relation to a transfer. Tevez looks a better buy and man city can get more money. Very much doubt either side wanted to do it for personal reasons, but makes alot of sense.
