We've always converted ours into Virgin Atlantic miles (now points) and the exchange rate has remained the same, presumably because it's not a direct £ value.

Transfers from Tesco Clubcard points into Virgin Points from 21st July 2023 will convert at the lower rate of 100 Clubcard points (£1) = 200 Virgin Points.
