Correct.....just reading the book "The Interrogaters". Interesting read so far. It seems that physical torture often leads to the wrong information being extracted.Pyschological torture though does seem to bring better results, but can be very time consuming.

The Japanese wrote the book on nasty tortures. I bet they had stuff that would extricate the truth out of anyone. Red hot knives under the finger and toe-nails?
Needles in the nads? Acid injected into certain parts of the body? Magnifying glass on the eyes?

For these terrorists, there might be some stuff that works psychologically, like trussing them up and placing them in a pigs' wallow or trough, burying them alive with a pig carcass until they decide to confess all? (being buried with a pig would be the deepest insult, and apparently guarantees no heaven, no martyrdom and no virgins)
