Surely that would mean the end of Alzate as a future Brighton player? - that would be a shame IMHO. I can see loans for some of out PL2 players - Moran, Samuels, Peupion - but Ayari, and particularly Buonanotte? - won't that leave us a bit short of club depth?

Caveat: yes, I'm well aware that the club know better than I do!
Alzate not really top end PL. Championship level doesn't have the strength required, gets knocked off the ball to easily

If those 3 are off on loan, we’ll 100% be bringing in a Caicedo replacement(s).
I imagine we'll be bringing in a few. Last year, our squad was too small for the games we played; this year, we'll have the EL too. So far, we've lost six players from last year's squad and replaced them with seven. If those three leave, we'll be one down from our "too small" squad of last year.

It suggests to me that we're looking to bring in at least three more players (or two more, if only two of Alzate, Buonanotte and Ayari leave)

Ayari is clearly too far down the pecking order = Loan him
Buenanotte. We'll need cover. Keep him, unless we get another forward
Alzate. Keep him and play him
