Where has this Cook guy come from anyway? Seemed like a strange decision to bring him on V Man City. Has he been tearing up the 18's/Reserves?

From what I understand, he's a fairly average youth team player, but has a long throw, so he is an option tactically. That kind of sums up what a lot of people are questioning right now doesn't it.
