Only bad thing about that is lack of defensive cover if something happens at the back.
Id have Virgo or someone in there for Robinson as it seems a wast having him and Mcphee on the bench.

Injury-Hit Albion Travel To Rushden
Albion's squad will be seriously put to the test on Tuesday night against Rushden and Diamonds, after Steve Coppell's side has been plagued with injury.

After losing midfielders Charlie Oatway (back) and Simon Rodger (knee) last week, both of whom are facing surgery, Coppell then saw his captain Danny Cullip limp out of Saturday's match with Hartlepool with a calf strain.

In addition, striker Darius Henderson has now pulled out of the final match of his loan spell after also tweaking his calf in training.

The Albion manager puts the recent bout of injuries down to the sheer volume of games his side have played in a short space of time.

In an interview for Seagulls World he explained, "It's a by-product of seven games in twenty-one days, or the five we've played so far. It's inevitable when the games are that close together you're going to get strains and obviously the extra time at Middlesbrough didn't help.

"Unfortunately it looks as if two players are going to undergo surgery and Danny Cullip is having a scan to determine how long he will be out for.

"So, a few problems but that's what we have a squad for. As one player goes out it's an opportunity for someone else."

Brian Talbot's side like to play good football
Even without the injuries, the Albion manager was expecting a tough test at Nene Park from a side for which he has a lot of respect.

"They're a good footballing team. They have a good squad of players and they're a progressive club - they've made great strides in a short period of time and they've got a lovely stadium.

"It will be a different test for us and a third away game in a week, which is demanding in itself, but we've had a good rest after our travels and we're looking forward to this one."

Rushden Form
Last year's Division Three champions have made a good start to their first season in the Second Division, despite losing their first match against Luton. Since then they have notched up victories against Plymouth, Tranmere, Wycombe and Notts County, as well as an impressive 3-3 draw with QPR.

Rushden Team News
Albion fans could see a very familiar face amongst Rushden's ranks - former Seagulls striker Paul Kitson has agreed to play for the Diamonds on a non-contract basis and, after coming on as a substitute in their 2-2 draw with Stockport on Saturday, is likely to feature once again on Tuesday night.

Crucially, Brian Talbot will be without top-scorer Andy Lowe, who picked up a groin strain against Bournemouth and midfielder Andy Burgess, who has a thigh strain.

The Diamonds are expected to field an unchanged side from Saturday.

Albion Team News
Zesh Rehman is expected to go straight into the side, lining up alongside Richard Carpenter in midfield. Robbie Pethick will slot in next to Guy Butters in defence, with Chris McPhee coming into attack in place of Henderson.

Expected Line-Ups

Rushden & Diamonds (4-4-2): Turley; Bignot, Edwards, Hunter, Underwood; Hall, Bell, Mills, Jack; Darby, Gray. Subs: Sambrook, Story, Dempster, Talbot, Kitson.

Albion (4-4-2): Kuipers; Hinshelwood, Pethick, Butters, Mayo; Hart, Rehman, Carpenter, Jones; Knight, McPhee.

Hardly familiar, we never saw him all season.

We have 7 first team players out injured. I think we've got a strong squad. That team we can put out can do well tonight.

Very true Turkey my son, very true.

All this bullshit about these injuries and that our squad can't cope is pretty disproven by tonights showing, sure, if we pick up a couple more injuries we could be in trouble but so would any other team.

I'm liking your optomistic outlook on the season so far turkey, i might not take the piss out of your performance on the radio tonight now.

My team:

Kuipers

Pethick Hinshelwood Butters Mayo

Hart Carpenter Rehman Jones

Knight McPhee

Subs:

Flitney
Harding
Piercey
Hammond
Robinson

I would rather have Hinshelwood in the middle, but reckon Coppell will go with him at right-back. I would also put Harding in for Virgo. If we lose a defender Rehman could slot back, or Jonah could go LB moving Mayo to the middle

Pethick at right back? Do me a favour! Why on earth would you want to play him there with Hinsh at centre back?

I would have thought that was obvious.

I think Pethick will be at centre back, he was at Colchester.

However I would rather Hinsh's height in the middle.
