How about the two Wigan chaps, James McArthur and James McCarthy? At least one of them must be a jock, surely?

McCarthy is as Scottish as a deep fried Mars Bar lightly poached in Irn Bru, with a porridge oat crust and a Buckfast jus, however he opted to play for the Republic of Ireland.

Don't know about McArthur, but he's not in this squad, no.

Newbury, Berkshire.
I haven't Googled this but simply on the basis of his name, Gary McSheffrey ( prob not even Scottish or spelt right ).

I'll Google it now and see who he's eligible for.........

Goalkeepers presumably included David Marshall (Cardiff) and Rangers' chap... Neil Alexander? I don't think that's right actually, but whoever Rangers' current goalkeeper is...

I should think that Alan Hutton got the call and probably Barry Bannan too. Aiden McGeady?

I wasn't certain if they still played football in Scotland or not. Guessing this thread means they probably do??

Marshall is correct, as is Barry Bannan. One of the keepers I've not really heard of, and the other plays in the Championship. It's not Alexander.

Hutton is a squad regular but was left out of this one, so you can have a bonus point. McGeady is, I think, another one who chose to play for Ireland.
