Barcelona dont do too badly with their flicky flicky and a pocket rocket up front. OK, i know we dont have Messi but i think its more strength in the middle of the park we need to stop teams like Southampton from bullying us.

Once they get the ball forward to players like Bennett, Noone, Barnes, Hoskins and dare i say Lualua and Buckley we have so much pace up front that these teams will be a little more reluctant to throw many players forward for fear of getting caught on the counter attack.

Valid point but we need a poacher to get on the end of all the passes and through balls that the above players would supply. A Nugent type of striker.
