I think both come and go as a pair. I can see them staying next season even if we don't make it to the prem. Depending on how much Gus has to spend in the summer. It's great that we are now such a great club that teams in the prem can't tempt our managers away.
With regard to the conference, it was a bit guarded, as always. But I get the feeling there is real confidence around the place now. The nerves have gone and they know they can do it!
