Get into the ground at 2:59, bag full of crisps, chocolate, magazines (use these only when demanded). Keep talking to him, tell him what is going on (I'm assuming he is not to clued up on football which may be a bit unfair - sorry).

Be prepared to leave early if necessary!

Hope you both enjoy the experience!:albion:

Thanks guys this is great!

My bro is a veggie (mums idea and nothing to do with me) so im fairly safe from the burgers!

I mihgt get there early enough to meet the players as they arrive, that would make his day and i might not even have to take him to the match! :jester:

And im sure he'd love a run about in the play area! sound like a plan!

Teach him a few songs before hand and threaten to bury him in the long jump pit if he doesn't join in, should do the trick.

Seriously though, he is privelaged to be there, I wish someone had taken me to the footy when I was 5 years old...I had to wait till I was 13 for my first game.

Its all he talks about when i see him!

During the world cup he sat and watched the majority of the games on the telly and is always talking about watching football!

I shall teach him a few songs (trying to remember some that dont have swear words in the apart from ALBION and SEAGULLS)

the only problem is that his dad is a Leeds fan and he lives in Wolverhampton with my mum so im not getting my hopes up about the Albion gaining a new supporter for life!

I went to Northampton with my brother on Saturday, he keeps going on about taking his daughter to a game, she is three and a half so her attention span is probably not at the stage where it could last for ninety minutes. However, she does watch footy on the TV and shouts goal when someone scores, but there is a big difference between that and going to a game.

Maybe this is something the club could look at when we get to Falmer, have a creche type facility attached to the family area, that way if little kids get really bored with the footy they can go and play somewhere without spoiling the entertainment for older siblings or parents.

Thats a cracking idea, but you cant just go and drop your kids off there is so much admin that has to be done im sure it wouldn't be worth it just for an hour and a half!

I did ask fo as high as possible and she gave me these seats, mind you, she was STUNNING and i would have sat in row A if she had asked me to!

I sat in Row B in the last match and the view was well crap!
but then we only payed a fiver and we saw some mates at halftime and they were sitting higher up and had 2 spare seats next to them so we went there!
