all looking a bit sad now

Am I just being a pessimist, or does this put us back in a relegation dogfight?

Bristol
Still got 2 more games to go though - starting at Gloucester here on Thursday. Shall be going along for a couple of the days at least.

I would put money on a draw there though - the pitches here in Bristol are so flat - only thought is with all this dry hot weather Mushy can put in a great performance.

Table as at Saturday for completed games:

P W L D Bat Bowl Deduct Points
Warwickshire 15 5 0 10 63 40 0.00 213.00
Surrey 15 4 5 6 58 39 0.50 176.50
Kent 14 5 3 6 33 35 0.00 162.00
Sussex 13 4 3 6 42 33 0.00 155.00
Gloucestershire 14 3 3 8 46 35 0.00 155.00
Worcestershire 15 3 6 6 47 37 0.00 150.00
------------------------------------------------------------
Middlesex 13 3 3 7 43 34 0.00 147.00
Lancashire 14 2 4 8 36 39 2.00 133.00
Northamptonshire 13 1 3 9 31 34 0.00 115.00

Middlesxe go above us today if they win. Big game against Glouc. Its all about that last relegation spot I would have thought - Lancs should struggle to survive as well. Worcs only have 1 game left so are surely favourites to go down.

20 to win... 5 wickets... come on Mushy :clap2:

Oh alright then... sod it! I thought we had a real chance at the start of the day - OA Shah's 108 has won it for them. :nono:

Bollocks. Middlesex win by 5 wickets. Undeserving wankers. :tosser:

How can we lose from a position of a first innings lead of 142? What the f*** happened? Actually, I know what happened, I was there yesterday. WE WERE SHITE. Next time, we'll put bells on the ball.

Bitter? Damn straight.

sad scenes this afternoon

I did offer a couple of Middlesex players a pint of Oranjeboom to throw the game but they didn't seem interested.
