Sussex Vs Hampshire

Excellent bowling from both sides. Gripping television. If you were at the ground, I guess you needed to be on top of the Gilligan Stand to appreciate it fully.

If it had been over 16 overs, with four seam bowlers aside, we'd have counted the game as a comfortable win - when it came down to the spinners, we just didn't have enough to nick it.

Saw Uncle Buck (Piers), Jamie and I think Joel on TV after one of the Hampshire wickets had gone.

Piers was itching to get to speak on TV when one of the commentators was interviewing two people next to him.

Maybe next time Piers.

:lolol: That was quality tele - "please let speak on the tele, please, please."

After laughing my socks off at Sussex I nearly didn't bother with the Hants innings, glad I did. 20-20 is an excellent format.
