Algie YOU are by far, well OUT of ORDER.

If the guy hadn't have topped himself, and this was just a story in the news then yes, it was a particularly stupid thing to do and yes, with another officer involved, it was very stupid.

However, the FACT is that the guy was not found guilty, just a suspect, and that this guy is NOW DEAD. Also what you negate from your ARGUMENT is that he was going THROUGH a personal HELL. The LEAST you could do is cut him some SLACK.
