Scores level, 2 down.

It doesn't take an expert to suggest Pujara's wicket is rather important!

I will have a go at 16
8 (EIGHT)
It's 5 in total, across the 6 matches that actually saw play. The first test didn't feature a single LBW for either side, neither did the ODI played after the third match was abandoned. The remaining matches saw one each.

It's not particularly unusual for a test in Australia to not see any LBWs, given the bounce and that teams are generally bowling for the outside edge, but less than one per game over a whole series is notably low even compared to other series from the time, which suggests to me a drastic case of not-outism rather than any particular bias on the past of the umpires.

40% of the LBWs were given against John Hampshire, which while vaguely amusing probably isn't statistically significant.

Yorkshire 26-2 requiring 157. The ball is flying around out there, obviously no draw coming today.

Root in the crease - have to say the game hinges on his knock

Incorrect.

45/4 Hill c Simpson b FHP 1 at lunch
Crap! Well done! Sorry, they played another over as the commentators erroneously said it was the last ball before lunch, so I switched off.

So two wickets in two overs just before lunch!!!

chance that there could be a Sussex Albion victory double today, secured in the space of an hour, for the second time this month.

6th wicket falls just as I was mentally writing the game off.

Although the moment was somewhat sullied by the Yorkshire commentator referring to us as SURREY.:rant::rant::angry::angry::angry::rant::rant::rant::angry::angry::angry:

He did immediately apologise, to be fair. :lolol:
