Suspended Coffee - Anyone get involved in this?

Started in Naples apparently, it basically involves paying for an extra coffee that someone in need can come and get later by asking the cafe if they have any suspended coffees.

I really like this idea of helping out others. I am glad it has started happening locally to me.

From that article it appears to have been brought here by BULGARIANS. I thought they were all being held at the border?
