Any team in those shit red and blue shirts will look shite but in (possible) fairness to Whelan, the whole Crippled Alice team were made to look shite at Withdean. It was the first time "We battered them nil-nil" was truly appropriate. Remember, after the Rushden game we all thought Rehman was the answer.

Whelan would be ideal. A reasonably mobile target man for Knight to feed off and would provide some muscle up front.
