Brady seems to be getting no protection, and his receivers just couldn't catch it in those last two drives

Don't you just love it when all the TV and press experts who made the Patriots favourites crash and burn

Some friends were moaning that Madonna was poor - are they kidding? I thought she was excellent, worked harder than Kiss and The Rolling Stones and the choreography was excellent (ooow, get him, talking about dancing in tights).

It has to be 100 times better than the Black Eyed Peas shite.

What a load of shit is the Super Bowl! If I thought the advert on BBC was bad, basically saying 'Hey BRITS. We're Bigger than you. We're better than you. We're the best, you're losers, and your sports are small and overrated. It made me laugh a whole bunch.

Now then. Every year, I give the Super Bowl a chance. I really get into the game, for the first few minutes. Then BANG! An advertising break! Another minute rolls on. BANG! Another advertising break...

No worries, I say to myself, I'll still try to watch it (by this time with whatever thread of sanity I have remaining). And that last thread frayed away when I realised that every time (insert biblical 1-up american name here) made a tackle, he would run about flexing and screaming in an over-the-top manner that he was such a big macho man.

No Deal, Edmonds.

This man is not macho, he's a scrawny little wimp, buried under 4 feet of extra thick padding, designed to make him look like a brick shit house.

Defeated, I switched over to Dave and watched Not Going Out + Alan Partridge. A-HA!

I'm afraid there's only two sports for me, Association Football, and Rugby.

End Communication.

Gutted that my little wager on Woodhead to get the first touchdown didn't quite pay off. I thought he had a good chance of scoring and the 25-1 odds looked a little long to me.

Good to see that Eli Manning got his second Super Bowl MVP so he no longer has to put up with being in Brady’s shadow. Both of them have a way to go to match Joe Montana’s three SB MVPs.
