Blimey, I thought this had something to do with slightly drunk Premier players too.

Roast pork today and i'm cooking it so it'll be top notch. I'm doing the crackling seperately after rubbing in balsamic vinegar and salt.

Accompanied by...roasted veg with garlic, rosemary and drizzled with olive oil and honey.
Small, crispy roast spuds with dried thyme
Mashed sweede with loads of butter and pepper
Apricot and apple stuffing
Gravy

We had lamb today, but beef is my favourite.

Depends on my mood and who is cooking it, but Lamb is normally the best.

Cooked properly Lamb is the most flavoursome and tasty but I do tend to enjoy a good bit of beef if only for the Yorkshire pudding's that come with it traditionally

Beef's the real champion if cooked well - rare, but not too pink, with yorkshire puddings, etc, all washed down with a pint of Harvey's or a nice Chianti, but I do also like a nice piece of lamb. I had lamb and pork today at the Priory in Haywards Heath, very tasty.
