Mini's lost 5 - 0 but drew 3 - 3 in the second game.

Not so good for Juniors lot, lost 4 - 0 to the league leaders.

Starry Jnr team won 17-1. The opposition goal keeper burst into tears and had a real tantrum when it was 9-0 and was subbed. I felt bad for him. They brought on a striker and put defender back in goal who was then sent off for smacking one of our strikers, all in all that team had a torrid day.

Starry Jnr got a hattrick. His first ever!

edit - they are Under 9s, it wasn't a grown man who burst into tears.

Seven a side.

He had kicked one of our lads earlier in the game and then went to pick the ball up and our striker kicked it just as his hand made contact and caught his hand, so he thumped him in the stomach, hard enough for our stiker to double up in pain and cry. It was right at the end and he was told to leave the pitch. The child who was sent off is the son of a guy who squared up to the ref a few weeks ago (he used to be thier coach but they changed because he is such a numb skull). It's a shame, when it's all supposed to be fun for the kids. Fortunately this team are changing to play saturdays next season so we'll not have to play them, plus we're moving. They are horrid, the parents stand around yelling kick/push/shove him etc all the time. I'd rather my kids played and had fun than kicked each other over the pitch. And Callum said its not fun to play them. :-(

Sounds like one of teams in our league - the two managers are barking mad, aggresive and have pi$$ed off all the other managers.

Hopefully they will be promoted so we don't see them again.

The Under 15 side I run won 2-1 in the Semi Final with my boy getting the winning goal and MOM!!

So now onwards and upwards to the Final on April 10th where we are playing a team in the Division above us.

The only downside is that I promised I would hire a minibus to get them all to the final if they won today

I think it will be at Bognor Regis Ground,Nyewood Lane hopefully,but wont know for definite until next week.

They made an old man very happy today,plus in the game after mine ,my youngest banged in a Hatrick,even out scoring Oatway Jr,which is a rare thing.!!

So all in all a great day today

They play all the Finals there or on the ground next to it,and it is a nice ground and not to far for me to drive in the Minibus!!
