I have a lamb chilli simmering away on the hob, it will be served with rice and a naan bread, in about three-quarters of an hour.

Lovely joint of smoked gammon, with roast tatties, parnsip, sweetcorn, stuffing, broad beans and onion gravey, marvellous.

I was sick afterwards though, for some reason. Think I must be turning BULIMIC or something. I'm hungry again now.
