should be BANNED!! West Ham just made one at 94mins 20seconds when alloted time was only 4mins! There is no f***ing point! the FA/FIFA/Whoever should just ban ANY Subs in Injury time, if a player gets injured its TOUGH, its completely pointless to make subs like this and makes the player look a right COCK!

another absolute WANKE rule that needs changing in this FARCE of a so called "Sport" :US:

Takes up a few seconds, which is why it is usually done and also stops the attacking teams momentum.

well for starters the ref adds on 30secs for every sub and as for momentum its another reason they should be BANNED!

I agree with BG (for once), substitutions are an important tactical component of a game, whether they be actually for changing personnel or just slowing the game down. Once you start limiting when substitutions can be made, you are opening a can of worms.

sometimes it comes back to bite them. was it qpr 2/1 in front against wba recently , made a sub in injury time and wba equalised in the 30 or so seconds added on, unfortunately its part of the game today.

They should but many dont even if you add the subs up during a game many times the extra time doesnt cover 30 secs per sub.

why should they? They're in the rules and are an agreed and accepted part of the game. Refs dont add time on for goal kicks, corners, throw-ins etc...unless there is obvious time wasting, so why do you want to make an exception for substitutions?

I do not agree that they should add 30 secs per sub. When I said they should that was only as it is in their guidelines. I believe that they should use their discretion on timing matters and only add on time if there is obvious time wasting or at Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge or The Emirates and the home team is losing.

Takes up time and usually it's youngsters coming on to get an apperance to their name. I don't think it should be banned.

another reason its flawed:

Joe Bloggs - 10 Sub appearances for Man Utd

what that does'nt tell you is that he was on the pitch for a grand total of 5minutes......POINTLESS and PATHETIC.....Ban Subs In Injury Time NOW!
