Not exactly a disaster, lets be honest we never ever beat Wigan anyway. It's just a pity we now sit very close to danger again, still think Forst and Rotherham are knackered and Gillingham will start losing again soon remember they are third from bottom for a reason they are crap they willnot keep winning.

Hav eto admit though i'm generally getting a bit sick of losing to teh divisions shite teams at home, when we will learn it's all very well winning at West Ham and Sheffield United but losing to teh likes of Crewe etc just wipes out the achievement, bunch of big game Charlies the Albion i'm afraid and always have been bar the odd season.

Do the previous four wins over them at the Withdean not count then?

But yes, the best team in the division infront of Derby.

McGhee will sort us out, still keeping quite confident. If you look at the squad we've got quite/facilities we are forced to put up with frankly mcghee and the lads have done a superb job so far this season and us as fans have gotta be a twelth man now to see us through safely. What we dont need is TOSSERS like the ones at last nights game leaving at half time.

It'll go right to the wire now though i think, but be thankfull we're not in rotherhams position.

Out of interest, how did Kavanagh play? I bet a midfield pairing of him and Bullard is something to behold at this level.

Exactly until we are in the bottom three stop worrying.

How much did our entire squad cost again? 100k if that.

How much have Wigan spent, alsoi bet Wigan don't go up, as much as i'd like to have a good laugh watching them take 3 points of Man ure at the JJB i reckon Sunderland and Ipswich will be top 2 with Derby Play off winners. Just like to see Wigan up there as someone different also still be amusing when the towns people still ignore them in favour of the Rugby league side.

Kavanagh was excellent last night. Ellington and Roberts grab the headlines but it's Wigan's midfield that sets them apart from the likes of Sunderland and Derby. The movement off the ball and the excellent passing really were a sight to behold.

I thought Kavanagh was the Cardiff man of the match at Withdean last year, Wigan really got a steal with his transfer.

Wigan's midfield was the best I've seen at Withdean for a long time.

I think you could probably say that nearly all our layers would struggle to get into alot of the top sides teams, so if we stay up it's a pretty good achievement in my book.

I thought that they were the best attacking team I've seen this year. Their midfield is excellent and the movement of the front two was pulling our defense to pieces. The only team to come near were Derby.
Defensively they're average, and if I were Paul Jewell that would be the area I would strengthen most when they get promoted.

Much, much better than at Withdean than earlier this season. But a lot of midfielders would look good when you have Bullard and Roberts creating the kind of wonder goals you saw last night.

Think we will still be OK.... just. Gillingham have 2 loans from Blackburn which explains their recent upturn in form. They are not as crap as when we played them.

They had only conceded 16 goals all season up until last night so their defence haven't been that average.

Yet we managed to put two past them.
