I don't think that there are many teams in the world who wouldn't say that about their first choice keeper. Back-up keepers will start about 2-3 games a year; you're never going to get anyone decent who'd be prepared to do that.

That just shows the huge gulf in class between the Championship and the Premier League. Given that Kuszczak played second fiddle at Man Utd for years, and yet he's head and shoulders above Brezovan and Ankergran, and on a par with the best keepers in the division...

Going back to the OP, yes, it's a great back line. We're joint fourth when it comes to goals conceded in the Championship with five. Can't believe QPR have let in just TWO in seven games!

Bruno Greer Upson Bridge is easily our best defence in my lifetime.

This, with below as a close second!!

Not even stronger than last year..

We all seem to be very proud of ourselves for a team sat in 13th.

Hey we were talking about the defence nothing else. I agree that we have problems elsewhere in the the team though, The lack of goals being the most serious concern. Take Leo out of the equation and where do the goals come from?

Bizarre thread. Not even our best back four in the last five months.
