Counago is set to leave Ipswich
Ipswich striker Pablo Counago has turned down a move to Spanish second division side Cordoba, but has accepted his future lies away from Portman Road.
The 25-year-old frontman, who joined Town from Celta Vigo in 2001, is available on a free transfer.
Counago said: "I love this club, but while I will be disappointed to leave it is the right thing for my career."
Ipswich boss Joe Royle said: "We will do everything we can to try and help find him a new home."
Could he do a job for us? Surely Spanish second division teams don't pay very much?
