1) Wilkins has to decide what is best team is.
2) He has to have a game plan to win football matches.
3) Must make good use of the loan market. Striker still a priority.
4) Some money to be made available at Christmas to sign 2 or 3 players.
5) Er....panic.

My strategy for staying up! Dick Knight giving Wilkins the money to sign a spine. Dominant centre half, Contolling midfielder and a goal scoring centre forward. The rest of the squad are good enough to mould around them.

spot on.......can not see it happening though:nono:

Start targeting games? Don't you think they do that now FFS?! We can't win anything with the current squad, morale and management off and on the pitch. That's why we're losing and in danger of a freefall.

Urgent investment required, god knows where from though, and some brave decisions from the board eg Wilkins wasn't the right appointee. Admit it now or wait until we're in real trouble, either way he's too inexperienced and this divisions all about loans therefore you need contacts. Deano hasn't got them - FACT.

We could start by getting rid of these ridiculous 4-3-3 tactics. We are 20th, they are clearly not working!

Don't panic, target the winnable games, stick with the experienced players who've been in tough battles before, keep looking at bringing in loan players like Whing, risk spending a small amount of money in the Jan window, fans keep turning up to Withdean to minimise the terrible financial losses there and allow Dick Knight some financial flexibility, stay loyal to the manager and stop looking for easy solutions.
I bet your good at LMA Manager LI:lol: And as for targeting winable games I would of thought Chesterfield and Blackpool at home would be fixtures to put 3 by:dunce:

And it won't happen until January at the earliest so we'll have to make do with what we have now. We'll also have to be careful with loans as we've used 4 from 8 and may need to save one or two for next Spring.

As per every time in the past two seasons, the club need a meaningful strike force. Crap teams have an easy day at the office against the Albion. You can see their defences visibly relax and start playing the ball around like they were Real Madrid or something. Without a threat on goal, the Albion will always be on the back foot and will continue to go freefall through the leagues. Where they stop, nobody knows. But it'll get a lot worse than it is now if it's not addressed.
