Just had a good read of their site.
12500 crowd for todays match. Pathetic.
People having a go at the lack off Reading fans singing at away matches.
Coppell should have a look and realising what a backwards step he could be making.
Our away support is class and given the chance at Falmer we would have got a lot more than 12500 for todays match.
We need Falmer.

Coppells match notes in today's program, says he appreciates our away following and was so surprised that 1200 turned up at Rushden on Tuesday after trips to the north east and said we made it like a home game.

Please stay Steve.

Bloody heel all the gloom and moaning and whining on that forum. They sound exactly like the Palarse fans on CPFC Discussion Board!

They also speak of division 2 like it's "below them".

Err...

...last time I looked it was.:p

:lolol: :lolol: Wrong words I guess. OK they are too good to go down - if I remember rightly, they were promoted with us a couple of seasons ago. The arrogance is totally peeing me off. I hate Mr M, I hate the fans attitude, and I hate the club. They moan about Pardew going to West Ham yet are perfectly prepared to leave another club up :censored: Creek.

and mr m said he wouldnt take any other clubs manager, he is a two faced b*stard

Ok, example of the fans arrogance. The title of the thread is "If Coppell needs to think about it..."

.......then maybe he's not our man. Personally I'd like someone who is prepared to walk over hot coals to get the job. Someone hungry, dare I say it, like Pardew when he arrived. Perhaps Adams, after all neither McGhee nor Pardew had any managerial experience when they arrived and despite what we think of them they were successful.

I'd be more than happy if the club follow that attitude! :clap2:

Bournemouth/Reading
Points:

1. We had a similar attendance against Bradford last season, and got an average of 16,000. I'm not complaining all that much.

2. I can only see you getting 12,500 in a similar position and situation, so there's hardly a point to brag here, is there?

David M, surely nothing is a backward step from Withdean, to be honest with you.

Without evidence to back up the fact that you'd get more than 12,500 (which I reckon would be about right for the first couple of seasons in Falmer - but again, there's no evidence), there isn't a point here.

9th in the attendance table for Division One, and 1st for away attendances. I'm happy with that.
