I was literally listening to one his albums earlier, Nina Nastasia’s Riderless Horse.

I had never read the actual letter but I was aware of his position on payment. If he really wanted to, he’d have been a multimillionaire.

I didn’t really think of this to be honest. And with RIP threads, whilst they are sad, they are rather meaningless if you don’t know the person in question. Hence I didn’t give much/any info.
