i was just wondering how much money we pay community development coaches at the club coaches at chelsea get 100k a year any idea how much the guys at the albion get and what there roles involves.

Can tell you that my mate worked for Middlesborough's FITC scheme and was on about 30K.

Get up probably around 7.30am have coffee or tea, possibly Cornflakes or maybe toast and jam.

Go to work look bored think of or dream up a meeting, then go to Starbucks.

Have a roll for lunch (see previous) wish the afternoon away.

Go home about 5pm have supper/tea/dinner delete as per social class.

Relax in the evening with a book, tv , or argue with like minded people on message board. Occasional sex.

Go to bed about 11.30pm.

Depends on what department they work in. Guy is based at BHASVIC 3 days week coaching their team, and does school sessions (PE lessons, Q&As that kind of thing, open evenings, anything like that) as and when required with Danny and Chippy. Then 2 days a week he helps with Personal Best courses in the community for people who need help getting back into work.

Indeed DC trains Junior on a Monday at Worthing College.

I have to say I think the training might centre around verbally abusing the referee but I may be wrong....

Am suprised that he is based at BHASVIC I would have thought logistically it would have been better to have based him in West Sussex like Chichester, Bognor or surrounding area

For the first year he was based in those areas but was doing a different job (after school and holiday clubs etc) but now has moved to what was Charlies department with DC and Chippy. He usually has to have meetings and go to the ground and things, so is more or less in the Brighton area at least a few times a week, and I think they just go where the colleges have requested them so don't really have a choice of locations. He's used to the travelling, been doing it for long enough!
