Horses for courses. Different teams will require different personnel, the notion of a first, second and third eleven is too simplistic.

Oscar commented that the players need to be comfortable with more than one style in yesterday's Argus, as it would need to be changed depending on the way games were going. Having the players to come in is good but having players who can switch the tactics is even better imo.

For me Buckley will be more of a threat if he isn't the only source of attack, when we play the lop sided one winger formation it's obvious where the attack is coming from so he gets closed down and marked out, if we had another winger/threat on the other line the opposition couldn't afford to commit 2 or 3 players to follow him.
