We had 2,3,4,5,6,& 7 all starting last night. This is first time for last two seasons - anyone know when it last happened?

Nope.
Counts as 13.
Zamora choosing 25 wouldn't have counted as 9 either.

Against Rotherham on March 7th we started with 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 (only 1 and 3 were missing).
