Bloody lovely.

Will be sadly missed this year.

An away Boxing Day, public transport and 2/3,000 people guffing day old sprout fumes.

Bloody COVID.

yes please, delicious, especially with a dusting of parmessan, or crispy pancetta bits, but nice enough just on their own.

Yes, 100%. But not gonna rush to have them other days of the year. Not that I'd turn them down if presented with them. Cooking for 12 this year so gonna have to find them. Was easy in Hong Kong and China but I suspect Philippines will be more tricky.

We usually go out for Christmas lunch and have fresh fish so sprouts are a definite no.

I always disliked them and ate them first at traditional Christmas dinners to get them out the way so I could enjoy the rest of the meal.
Strangely though, I loved bubble and squeak made with them.

It's a no from me... we're having a take away on Christmas day form the local curry house.

However we will be having a 'traditional' Christmas dinner both Christmas eve and Boxing day. This will have sprouts, fried in parmesan and bacon.
