One lane closed
The road was re-opened at around 11:45 but a lane two closure has now been put in place while the structures engineer is on site inspecting the damage to the wall and barrier inside the tunnel. Speed sensors are showing traffic is moving well

I can see the A27 from my garden and traffic is going through and coming from the Tunnel - i presume it is anyway. I can see it west of the hangleton interchange bit and it looks fine
