I class that as the south. To me it's about whether you can see the English Channel from your house, if not, you're a northerner. You're totally permitted to get the ladder out and climb on your roof of course.

I have respect for Southampton. For years they were THE blueprint for their academy and player recruitment, they've managed to play more than 4 times as many Prem matches as us and sold 20-odd decent players to bigger clubs in the process.
We have effectively taken their place in that regard.
That said, I quite like being South Coast top dog so am in no rush to see them return to the top flight. Financially, I see they are in a reasonable place with negative reserves of just £2million, and they'll wipe that out with JWP sole proceeds and parachute payments.

I'm not sure at which stage they were relegated, but Watford and Norwich City drew 2 and lost 12 of their last 7 matches each combined last season.

Watford the same actually
Sheff Utd the year before won 3 (one against us) and lost 3 so that is less positive.

The River Ouse - I’m sure anyone walking from Newhaven to Lewes would be impressed with the countryside.

The reason why Craig David chilled on Sunday was it was either that or walk around the dock and smell the rotting seaweed.
He had a bit of a nomadic childhood, including Newhaven. Which is mentioned elsewhere on the internet. Great autobio too!
