Took some trainee stewards there today and in between assessing them, had a good look at Southampton. Not good at taking their chances, frightened to shoot from range, but they have some shit-hot players. Guly Do Prado is a swift bastard, he could cause problems. He chases EVERYTHING - and by doing that he set up their first goal. Lambert is going to be a problem as he build his scoring confidence again. Lallana is a bit useful as well. Lee Barnard was like a man possessed when he came on - something to do with getting nicked last week apparently!
Could be a very good match. Always get the feeling that if Southampton concede they have the potential to collapse. They should have slaughtered Tranmere today but only managed a couple.
Southampton believe that Brighton are bringing more than the away allocation, but are not concerned about trouble apparently. They also pretty much all expressed the wish that Brighton, Bournemouth and Southampton went up next season and battered the shit out of Portsmouth!
