This is a tune called Snow Day for LLasa by Esmerine. They're part of the music collective incorporating Godspeed You Black Emperor, Tra-la-la-band, Mt Zion etc....

It's written for Llasa, one of their group who died on New Year's Day a few years back. Just so, so beautiful.
