In fact it would be more fun if we could find out who the individual is, after all it does say on E-Bay that he is in Sussex.

Out the tout, I say.

Take it higher. The 10+ form said something about it being a criminal offence to resell them and that the person who signed it confirmed that only the people named would use them. Don't know if it would do any good but might be quite satisfying to report the tosser.:lolol:

I remember in the early days at Withdean reading reports on here of people having rows with touts outside the ground, looks like this issue has reared its ugly head again, if indeed it had gone away...

It actually states on the ticket

11... tickets for the event are issued on the strict condition that they are not transferable and that the unauthorised transfer of the tickets will render them invalid.

I AM SO F*CK OFF WITH THIS. I stood for 5 f**king hours in a que waiting to buy tickets for the game of my life. Now I see greedy little piss takers selling their tickets so that they can make a few extra quid.

We must,

1: find out their email addresses and just keep on sending them emails of what we think of them

2: Mess up the bidding process so that they cannot actually sell the tickets.

I am in the process of creating an alternative ebay account with the sole purpose of stopping anyone of tries to sell tickets over the marked price via ebay.

We can not let our fans be shat on like this

I know someone who has a Chelsea season ticket, or rather DID have one. They couldnt go one week so gave the tickets to someone at work who then went on to sell the ticket for more then face value to someone outside the ground who turned out to be a plain clothed copper. The bloke I know is not banned from buying a ticket for Chelsea for the rest of his life. Touch harsh.

I've had an email of the person selling to say the auction has been removed.

The tickets were for BLOCK L6, ROW 19, SEATS 20 + 21.

He/she is still willing to sell if anyone is interested.

I got exactly the same e-mail back from he/she as well. I hope someone from the club reads this board.

Just received another email to say the face value of each ticket is £24 but because he/she queued for 4 hours they want £100 for the pair.

Hmmm, my dad queued for 6 hours for my £46 ticket, by this reasoning that makes it worth just short of £150. ???

Perhaps you should reply to this tosser and let him know that they are still available at the club shop and that you think it would be much better value to pop down there and buy one for £24!
:salute:
