Michael Bolton cancels Brighton gig From The Argus)

Michael Bolton has cancelled his performance at Brighton Dome tonight.

The American singer is unwell and unable to make it to Brighton to perform.

A spokeswoman for the Dome said: "We have only just heard and want to let as many people as we can know.

"People have been phoning up all day to check it is going ahead because of the weather, and we have been reassuring them it would be.

"But now we have just heard he is unwell."

The venue said they would announce information on how to claim refunds and whether the concert would be rescheduled in due course.

Obviously the snow has caused a lot of problems today, many people are struggling home or stranded, holidays cancelled, people bedding down in airports and whatnot. But when you hear news like this, it kind of puts it all into perspective doesn't it ?

Please, please get well soon Michael. How are we supposed to live without you ?

I also hear that the Hoff isn't going to be touring the UK next year and will only be doing smelly sausage eating countries.
