I remember that, was in that crowd too with two other Yatton exiles Darren, stuck waiting at Clapham Junction for an eternity, virtually kettled in all the way to Selhurst..... given the eventual result, I think I would have preferred to have stayed there and enjoyed a few more pints.
Note: I have a memory of that geezer with his arse out...he and his mates were constantly singing 'No Surrender to....... ' very irritating twas.
