sake. it's not that we couldn't stretch to what Murray wanted it's that we wouldn't! He was asking too much for an unproven Championship striker.

Do we actually know what limit Gus has in terms of wages? No we don't but we do know that Gus didnt rate Glen enough to keep hold of him. Anyone who was at the Seagulls Over London meeting with Gus would have got a hint way before all this happened

Lets be fair there are a lot of players on that list who will have to drop to championship wages if they want a club next season
